參加工作坊選擇「課程食宿A與B方案」者，請必須在6月10日抵達上課地點（課程食宿A與B方案者：此晚住宿費用已含概於課程費用當中，其餘方案則不需要），以便有充足的時間適應當地及調整時差。當大家（指「課程食宿A與B方案」者）都抵達後，我們將會在大廳舉行一個簡短的歡迎介紹。

Attendant whose packge is Full Accommodation A or B is required to arrive by 10th June to allow sufficient time to acclimate and recover from jet-lag (the night's accommodation is including in the Full Accommodation packages). Once attendant has arrived at the workshop venue, we will have a short welcome orientation in the lobby.

取消報名退費說明 Cancellations：

1．當您完成報名並且完成付費，當要取消報名時，則會扣除US$500。

2．距開課日15-30天前(5月12日~5月27日)取消者，扣除上述US$500再行退費50％。

3．距開課日0-14天前(5月28日~6月10日)取消者，則不退費。 4．以上退費金額之計算方式乃以方案價格為依據，並不包括付費過程中因第三方經手所衍生之手續費用，如PayPal的4%手續費或參加工作坊人之自身銀行所收取之匯款手續費。

The following penalties will apply to all cancellations:

1. Upon cancellation of the Workshop, a fee of US$500 per person cannot be refunded.

2. Cancellation being made 15-30 days prior to the Workshop (i.e. 12th May to 27th May)

- only 50% of the package price will be refunded (such refund is calculated on the basis that the fee of US$500 has been deducted upon cancellation).

3. Cancellation being made 0-14 days prior to the Workshop (i.e. 28th May to 10th June)

- all package price will NOT be refunded. 4. The calculation for the above stated refund policy is based on the package fees, not including the charge incurred by a third party during the course of transation, for example, a 4% additional fee charged by PayPal or bank transfer fees charged by the Participants' own banks.
